Mine doesnt work any more. I dont know I it is the app or the device but my phone says the device is "out of range" even though it is literally touching the tunelink device. Will never purchase a new potato device again. If they cared, they would have updated their app by now. -5 stars!

I dont recommend this app and notwaste your money buying these products that do not work.

Worked great on my 4S then the IOS software was released for the iPhone 5. Now tunelink stopped working.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed the TuneLink on my iPhone 4S and now iPhone 5. I use the Bluetooth pairing to the aux in on my car and have never have an issue connecting. I bought this product the day it was released. Would be 5 stars if the app was updated more frequently and optimized for iPhone 5.

No longer connects or stays connected to my iPhone 5... Wheres our update?! Its been months, its time to catch up. Disappointed. Waste of time trying to keep it linked and wouldnt spend anymore of my money on this.

Worked fine for a while now it wont connect via Bluetooth. Cant recommend to anyone. Skip this and look for a better product. This isnt it.

Update is needed. After it works for the first 2-3 times it disconnects before I can leave the driveway. I really wish I could return this device but it was already opened and they did not let me return it. If this updates it will be great. Right now find something else to transmit to the radio.

This app works only while its brand new for a couple weeks then it stops working. This is the most expensive car charger I have. $100 not worth it. Gas stations have chargers for only $7-$8.00 that have the same function as this. Dont spent your money on it this is a rip off.

Im another review that states loss of connection. Worked 1 time and now it connects over BT than disconnects after 3-5 seconds. Ive spent hours resetting network settings, reset all settings, restored my phone… No change. I hope tunelink figures this out or mine will be returned very soon. Ps sent email, still awaiting reply. Poor product support. ************* Update, sent tunelink back to manufacture and it was promptly replaced. Have been using for almost a week and it has been flawless. No drops in BT connection. Not sure if I received an updated tunelink or if I just had a defective one to start off. For sure recommend but test it early and if it is not staying connected I then I recommend contacting tunelink for repair or replacement. The customer support was great once the ball got rolling. Thanks tunelink.

I absolutely love this thing.. I first got it when I had the 4s and it worked great.. When I get the 5 it would connect automatically then disconnects with about 5 seconds but when I go back and reconnect it to the Bluetooth it works great the rest of the time in the car.. Now after an update to ios6 it wont stay connected at all. My Bluetooth cant even find the signal in range even though its on an Im in the car.. I have to unplug the adapter for a few minutes plug it back in and hope it connects.. If it does it normally drops signal randomly a few songs later. Ive been waiting for an update since august so i wouldnt have to go through such a hassle to get this thing to work. The only reason I bought this one is because I dont have an aux in my car. But now I wish I did since there is an aux adapter that is only $30 and it works great as opposed to $100 where maybe it works and maybe it doesnt. My first review was 5 stars this one is 3 next will be five one stars stating I bought a whole new radio with an aux already in it.. Please update!?

Phone never connects to tunelink no matter how many times I try. An update is needed. Wish I could return the $100 device. Waste of money

It took all of 30 seconds to get connected and playing music via Bluetooth to the car audio. Unfortunately, there are occasional "pops" and static - and the audio is very muffled. My cassette converter sounds far superior. For $100 I expected better fidelity.

Bluetooth pairs for few mins only. Tried restarting my IPhone and pulled out the adapter couple of times still same issue. Looking for something else not worth spending time on this trying to fix.

I was having the same issues as most people with this product. Bluetooth was not working properly at first, It would not auto-connect in my Bluetooth connection, and after 2 seconds it would stop playing!! Here is what I did to fix it: I use my standard Apple iTunes/music to play my music, instead of using the TrueLink app to play my music ( I only use TrueLink for the setup) but I downloaded the TrueLink app and did all of my settings first. 1) Download the TrueLink app then connect it to your Bluetooth in iPhone settings. 2) Open up the TuneLink app 3) In the TrueLink app Settings turn ON auto-play button. 4) In the TrueLink app settings turn ON auto-connect button 5) In the TrueLink app settings turn OFF auto-run app button!!! That last part (#5) is important! because if you have your settings set to "auto run your app" it will disconnect the connection to your Bluetooth. So when I got back into my car it played for two seconds THEN STOPPED! So to recap, do your settings in the TuneLink app and make sure its completely closed out and not running in the background of your iPhone when your done. Then just use your Apple Music app as you normally would anyway. Starts in Bluetooth automatically now!! Works like a charm! PS- Sound quality is fine and you can minimize static if you turn your TrueLink app FM Volume to medium or low in settings. I would rate this higher but I had this receiver for only a couple of days, and I feel like I had to jump through a few hoops to make it work properly. Otherwise, I would have given it a higher score. OH YEAH, update your darn app please!! Or at least put out some info on your website so people can fix this issue. I had to figure this out on my own!

Bluetooth doesnt connect at all for iPhone 5. Never received an email back from tunelink either. A complete waste of $100.

Pairing was easy at first but then every time I tried to play music thru the app the Bluetooth connection was lost. After trying many many FM stations I finally got something to play but the sound was completely distorted. Sorry, but have to say this $100 product was a huge FAIL. I will be returning it immediately.

Works great with MY iphone 5.

Will pair with my iPhone 5 on occasion. But when it does connect it disconnects and then wont reconnect. Hope this ends up resolved. Love the product just need it to work better and more.

This app needs a lot of improvement. It crashes and disconnects constantly. Then it takes many attempts to finally be able to pair the devices before the bloody app crashes again! I give Tunelink half a star.
