Bought tunelink about 5 months ago have yet to be able to connect the app with their product. Do not buy this!!! Ill reconsider this app if they can actually help me for once and I can talk to support by other means than email.

Its good when working but very frustrating when needed the most.

This device & app are miserably frustrating. It worked the very first time I used it but was very spotty after that. Now it just flat out doesnt work. Ive tried everything from resetting my phone to re-downloading the app and it still doesnt work. Even when it did work the output volume was terribly low, even on the high setting. Save your money. Definitely not worth the high price.

Works when it wants too.... And when it does, its great to have. software is in need of an update because the touch feature is locked when the device doesnt connect. No matter what you try to do such as unplug the device from the car charging port, closing the tune link program etc... it stays locked. it will turn on for a 3 second period but then again switched to the red, not connected... this happens with either the cords are plugged in or not. The only remedy that will work is for you to reset your iPad (home button and power button together) when it does work, its nice to have while driving. The program also locks the screen and will not switch to landscape view. For the price of $100 (+-) that you pay for this item, i really hope they get us a software update that will fix these issues. Also make the (+) selection for adding songs bigger for your fingers.....

Does not work with Iphone 5 please do an update so it wont keep disconnecting.

Its not the software. For whatever reason the hardware drops Bluetooth connection or will not connect at all with iPhone 5. iPhone 4 and 4s work flawlessly. When its connected it works great but for whatever reason it is incompatible with the iPhone 5. Would give 5 stars if it would connect.

My original Tune Link did not work well with the iPhone 5. New Potato paid to have it sent back for a chip upgrade. Just got it back a few days ago and it has been working great. I highly recommend this product and its app. You will be amazed at how easy streaming music in your car becomes.

The thing was a nightmare to actually pair ( iPhone 5s ) and when it finally did pair it disconnects every 15 seconds of playing audio EVERY TIME. Im so frustrated that I thought this thing would trump the Belkin Aircast. Update your app pls this is a total let down.

This desperately needs an update both for iOS 7 and iPhone 5/5s screens.

I am so frustrated. It wont stay connected with my iPhone 5s. I have contacted the company multiple times but their only solution is to sell me a new one. I know it isnt the potato as it worked one day and not the next with a new phone. If anyone has any tips I would love them as the company doesnt care.

This is an amazing Bluetooth but it needs to be updated. It connects great but within a couple of minutes, it disconnects! SOLVE THE ISSUE!

Will not stay paired to iPhone 4S iOS.7 update has been needed for a long time apparently the developers dont care.

First of all, this app doesnt even use up all of iPhone 5 screen!? You need to update. And the actual device is so hard to connect to Bluetooth and it disconnects very often, waste of money.

Has never worked quite reliably for me as per New Potatos claim and now that I upgraded from a iPhone 4S to 5S it works even worse!

I have been using this product for over 3 years now. Works flawlessly almost everytime. Its a great option if you dont have the all the blows and whistles in your vehicle. The only issue: I have upgraded to the iPhone 6 now and it wont work. Can you shed some light on when the update will be available?

If the phone is more than 2 inches from tune link the blue tooth connection is lost?

Was working fine and then updated to IOS8 and it wont work! Says its connected through Bluetooth but in the app in settings it says it cant detect it!

Ive had my Tunelink for two weeks and so far have been very happy with it. We used it almost constantly during a 16 hour drive to see family over the holidays and it worked flawlessly both ways. During my stayover I was pleasantly surprised when I started up the car and the music came on without prompting.

Most of the time it does not connect. Do not buy

Oh my goodness, can someone just do a basic update for this app?!? Its was last updated in 2011!
