Doesnt work on all iPhones

It is nice that there a USB port on the Tunelink so the phone can be charged while playing. The sound quality is pretty good. Downside: after about 40 seconds the Tunelink disconnects with a note that the iPhone doesnt support this device. I and a friend have tried every problem solving tactic out there. The company finally told me that they sometimes have trouble with Apple. It would be good if they could fix this bug.
